Delivery Information

Orders are delivered depending on the availability of the products, the method of delivery, as well as the time in which they are registered in our system. Before the completion of the order, the expected delivery time can be seen. After the order is sent, you will receive a notification email confirming the day of delivery. When finalizing the order, both the address and the office of Speedy or Econt in the respective locality can be indicated. Delivery of orders does not include the "Review and test" option.

The possible types of delivery and the terms in which it will be performed can be seen under the name of each product, as well as before the finalization of the order. Options are available for delivery to a personal address, to the office of a courier company. The cost of delivery depends on many factors such as the workload of couriers, the specific period of the year and the occupancy of our warehouse. In case of inaccurate or incorrect data provided by the consumer for the delivery address, where the goods are sent to the wrong address, the costs of courier service for redirection of the shipment are at the expense of the consumer.

You have the right, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to cancel unconditionally (in whole or in part) the order made and received by you on our site, without paying any costs, except those for delivery in case you have chosen a different than our standard way of delivering the order, as well as the cost of returning the goods back. The 14-day period starts from the date of acceptance of the delivery by you or by a third party located at the delivery address specified by you. To send the goods by courier with a courier service paid for by you to the address from which you received it. The product must be well packed during delivery by courier so that it is not damaged during transport.

If you refuse an online order paid with a card before it is sent by us, please let us know in writing at - the amount is not refunded automatically.

In case of an unrealized online order, the amount can be refunded only to the BG account.
